Florida and Hawaii prohibits the sale of Dubia Roaches to their state.

1) We cannot guarantee any shipment if the temperature is above 90 degrees or below 32 degrees. If the temperature conditions are within the above mentioned, please select HOLD FOR PICKUP. Please pick up your package within 36 hours of the DELIVERY stamp showing AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP.

2) If you have selected the package to be delivered directly to your shipping address, please track the package with the tracking number provided. Once the package shows delivered, please check the package within an hour of delivery to inspect. If there are more than 10% DOA, please email customer service or send a chat request through the website with your concerns. We may ask for further information, not limited to tracking number, order number, pictures and delivery stamp with time.

3) We reserve the right to postpone any shipment if the weather conditions are not optimal for the live feeders. If this happens, you will receive an email with updated information.
